This website is intended to provide information for people shopping our products and accessing our services, including making purchases via our website and registering on our database to receive e-mails from us.

Placing an order with us
Each order placed for products through the site that we accept results in a separate binding agreement between you and Kilwell for the supply of those products.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. We will take payment from you when we accept your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will refund your payment to the account it originated from, and advise you that the goods are no longer available.
An order is placed on our website by adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes selecting your preferred retailer from our dealer network, giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. We will then email you with confirmation that your order has been received.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any orders.
Please note that some items can only be collected from our participating dealers. These items are clearly marked as such on the web site.

When you have completed your transaction our name, Kilwell Sports Ltd will appear as the transaction reference on your credit card statement.
Lay-by is not available through the web site but may be offered in store by one of our participating dealers.

All prices listed on the Kilwell website are subject to change without notice and by default are for New Zealand customers displayed and billed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
When your order leaves our premises ownership passes to you.
We deliver to New Zealand physical addresses ONLY – not PO Box numbers.

Freight charges are calculated during the checkout process. Outriggers and very large items incur a higher freight cost than normal due to their size/weight and whether they are deemed Dangerous Goods. These items will always be shipped separately from other items. We ask that you purchase these items in a separate transaction from other goods to avoid incurring a high freight charge for the smaller items.
By placing your order you are accepting that these companies will be responsible for carrying your goods.
Please note for your protection that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have left our premises.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact Post Haste on 0800 002 833 or email email@example.com within 5 business days with your tracking number. They will cover your loss in the event of non-delivery or damage either by reimbursing you or arranging for us to replace the goods.
You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you in the dispatch email, into the Post Haste web site.
If you can’t be there to sign for the delivery, visit the Post Haste website and organise a My Drop Zone safe area at home.
You have the option at checkout time of having your parcel delivered to your nominated dealer for you to collect and we will pay your freight. Some products displayed are exclusive to specific sports goods retail outlets and are not available to be purchased on this site. These products are clearly noted together with the outlets where they will be available.

Upon receiving the goods at Kilwell Head Office one of our friendly customer service team members will issue a direct exchange or refund. If your exchange requires extra payment we will contact you.
Please allow up to 7 days for this exchange or refund to be processed.

While the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act provide the basis for Kilwell’s returns policy, we in fact go above and beyond the expectation of these two statutory laws.
We offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all KILWELL branded products. This Kilwell branded products lifetime warranty against faulty materials, components and workmanship covers the lifetime of the product. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
All other products supplied by Kilwell are vigorously tested to international standards. However, as with any products, there is always the possibility that a product may exhibit a fault, which is why we honour the extended International warranties provided by companies we represent.
If the product you have purchased has a manufacturing defect or has failed please contact us.
Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear or failure from careless or improper use.
If the returned product is under warranty, the repair and return to you will be at our expense.
If the product is out of warranty, and we are able to have the product repaired, we will offer you this service and advise the cost for your consideration.
We work hard to ensure our stock level information is correct and we will not accept your order if we know your selected item is not available. However should we be unable for any reason, be unable to fill your order, you will be notified and your credit card refunded.
