Scientific Anglers Spey Lite Collection:

Introducing our Spey Lite collection;
* Skagit Lite is designed with an ultra short, powerful head, for turning over heavy tips with limited backcast.
* Scandi Lite is designed with a longer head, for more delicate deliveries.

Available as a fully Integratedline with running line included, or as “Head Only” to attach to a running line.

Integrated floating line reduces hinging on casts and eliminates loop-to-loop connection; also allows you
to strip to the sink tip connection to increase chance of hooking followers.

Ultra short head length of Scandi line works well for casting when limited back cast space is available.

Both lines are ideal for smaller streams and trout Spey applications with single or light double handed rods.

Available in grain weights from 150-360, the integrated Scandi Floating line features a textured,
black marker at the end of the head that serves as a visible, and audible, notification on where to begin your cast.

Works perfectly with our SONAR Sinking Leaders and textured TC Tips.

From riffling dries for spring steelhead to swinging streamers for trout, the Scandi Lite is Spey on a smaller scale.

150-210 grains – SONAR leaders
240-300 grains – 8′ TC Tips
330-360 grains – 8′ or 10′ TC Tips

* Short head for quick casts and line control
* Excellent line for swinging light streamers and can be used as a dry-fly line with long leaders
* Longer front taper for lighter, softer presentations
* Designed for use with a shooting line on single handed rods as well as short two handed rods
* Braided multi filament core; for use in moderate and cold climates
